Our Vision
According to the call of God upon our lives and by His grace and mercy, we endeavor to reach individual lives with the good news that Jesus died to pay a debt that we owed. This death frees us from the penalty of sin, and through faith in Him, brings us into a right relationship with God.
Jesus said, “If you abide in My word hold fast to My teachings and live in accordance with them], You are truly My disciples. And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free” (John 8:31,32).
Media Outreach
Our God-inspired vision is to reach people with the truth found only in His Word. Weekly, people will receive life-changing biblical teaching that is relevant to today’s problems and trials.
Helping People
Our passion is the salvation of souls and to see people baptized in the Holy Spirit and walking in victory. We want people to receive healing in every area of life-spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, financially and socially. Our goal is to see people enjoy WHOLENESS. The Holy Spirit is the Helper, and it is He who gives us a desire to help hurting people. We are consumed with this desire and continually search for new ways to help more people. We have a mandate from God to feed the poor, clothe the naked, visit the prisoners, minister to the elderly and reach out in love to those children and teenagers who need Jesus so desperately. Our vision includes helping orphans. We currently help fund several orphanages that supply food and shelter for needy children, while also ministering to their spiritual needs (Destiny Village). We have great compassion for the abused and emotionally wounded and are heavily involved in providing care facilities and teaching materials that we believe will bring them emotional healing.
Meet Pastor and Becky Oldfield
For more than three decades, Tim Oldfield has effectively ministered throughout the United States and around the world. He is currently serving as the Senior Pastor of The Potter’s House Church of God in Columbus, Ohio. He also serves as the host of the popular television program “Impact with Tim Oldfield” seen by many across North America and throughout the 10/40 window.
Under Pastor Oldfield’s leadership, The Potter’s House founded Destiny Village, a ministry that is currently running and building orphanages in Haiti and India. Prior to becoming Pastor at The Potter’s House, he served for nearly a decade as a fruitful evangelist traveling throughout the country. He has served as the State Evangelist for the Churches of God in Southern Ohio and served as an evangelist-at-large. Pastor Oldfield was appointed Chairman of the World Missions Board for the Church of God and has served in various positions of State leadership as well.
The ministry of Pastor Oldfield is highlighted with dynamic anointing. The word of God is central to his message and powerful in declaration. He has a firm conviction that the presence of God is a place “Where Broken Vessels Are Made New.”
