Potter’s House Kids
Who We Are
There are several ministries to our children that come under this heading: Kidz Kingdom, Kidz Choir, Drama Teams and Puppets Teams. There are summer camps, Night for Learning (NFL) classes, Heir Force and Side Walk Sunday Schools. We offer clean, safe and exciting classes for children of various ages up to teens.
Our Goal and Vision
Our vision is to see every child come into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to disciple them in that relationship, and to teach them how to live a victorious Christian life. We believe that God has a purpose and destiny for every child. Our goal is to help them discover the destiny for their lives by providing them with meaningful opportunities for ministry and service. Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”
When Do We Meet?
Our regular classes are held during normal Church services, Sunday at 9 AM and 11 AM And Wednesday nights at 7 PM. We have classes for ages birth through 6th grade. If you are interested in getting involved in any of these ministries, please see Pastor Bob or call the Church office.
Meet Our Family Ministry Pastor
Pastor Bob Wilson
Bob Wilson is the Family Ministries Pastor at The Potter’s House. Bob and his wife Tonya served as the Children’s Pastor at The Potter’s House from 1999 to 2005 and returned to serve as the Pastor of Family Ministries in August 2009. Bob and Tonya are originally from the Cleveland area, both attended Lorain County Community College where Tonya studied Early Childhood Education and bob studied Criminal Justice. They now live in Grove City with their three children, Sara, Rachel and Caleb. The Wilson’s love spending time together watching movies, playing games, entertaining friends, taking road trips and hanging out at church. Bob and Tonya have a passion for the families of the church, and have several strategies in place to help out families grow closer together. Bob also plays a big part in the connection events of The Potter’s House.
