Here at MOPS, we gather and support moms. We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together, face to face. That’s why we want to rally moms in our community to come together to support each other, laugh together, cry together and cheer one another on in this beautiful mess called motherhood.
The acronym ‘MOPS’ stands for “Mothers of Preschoolers” because it began in 1973 when a group of moms of young children banded together to share their lives and parenting journeys. Over the past 45 years, MOPS has expanded their reach to include moms with older kids, partnering with churches and organizations worldwide to equip and encourage moms in more than 60 countries.
Here at the Potter’s House MOPS group, we welcome moms from pregnancy all the way up until your kiddos graduate high school. Check out all our info below to see about meeting times!
Every month we meet on Monday evenings from 6:30 to 8:45 to share about our challenges, victories, joys and fears of motherhood as we encourage each other to stay the course. #thisismotherhood
